Thank you for choosing Blinds Abu Dhabi for your blinds, curtains, shades, and window treatment solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional installation services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your product or completion of service.

After 10 days from delivery or service completion, we cannot offer any refund or exchange under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in the same condition as delivered
• Be in its original packaging
• Not show any signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or incorrect installation not caused by our team

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility conditions.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

• Order or invoice number
• Product name or service details
• Reason for return/refund
• Clear photos (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


3. Return Shipping

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection (Non-Custom Items Only):
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.


4. Custom or Made-to-Order Products & Installation Services

Products customized according to customer measurements or specifications (including made-to-measure blinds, roller blinds, Roman blinds, vertical blinds, motorized blinds, and curtain installations) are considered custom orders.

Custom orders and installation services are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product supplied
• Installation result significantly different from agreed specifications

Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify measurements, fabric selections, colors, and specifications before confirming custom orders.


5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.
Restocking Fee: AED 0.00


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your delivery arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged product.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


8. Order & Service Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or installation work has not begun.

Once manufacturing, customization, or installation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
